For me, every stroke in the water mirrored a line in my journal - a means to push forward, understand, and grow. My practice of journaling has always given me an avenue for self-discovery and healing. It’s more than just words on paper; it's a dialogue with myself, offering insights and revelations.

Inspired by my own practice, here are some journal prompts to help you on your path to self-awareness.

Check in with yourself β€” what do you need right now?

Write down one accomplishment, big or small, that you're proud of from today. Reflect on what made it special.

Write a positive affirmation or mantra that you can carry with you throughout the day. How does it make you feel?

Describe a moment today when you felt fully present. What were you doing, and how did it make you feel?
